Shipping and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

 We ask for a minimum of 5 business days for processing. 

Please allow 5 business days if you ordered during a sale or up to 2 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season for processing.

Once processed (5 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

**Processing time refers to the time is takes for us to make your products. Everything is made to order. We do not mass produce. 

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 


If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. We require a photo for processing the claim. Sending photos of a damaged item/package also helps us to improve any shipping issues.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

We are not responsible for stolen or mis-delivered items. Please ensure you request a signature ,in the notes, if there is a concern for theft. 

Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Raeskin Essentials,LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
